As scheduled, Realme has officially announced a brand new smartphone under it’s renowned GT series lineup known as the Realme GT Neo 3T which serves as a more affordable alternative over it’s Dimensity 8100-powered GT Neo3 couterpart.
The new Realme GT Neo 3T builds around a 6.62” AMOLED display offering a FHD+ screen resolution alongside a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. For selfies and video calls, the phone relies on a 16 megapixels front-facing camera tucked into a hole-punch camera cutout on the upper-left corner of the screen.
Over on the rear side, the Realme GT Neo 3T is available in three different colorways such as Dash Yellow , Drifting White, as well as Shade Black. The first two colors are of course the most interesting ones as they feature a spectacular design inspired by F1’s checkered racing flag.
Found at the back is also a rectangular-shaped camera module which houses a triple-cam setup comprising of a 64 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera, as well as a 2 megapixels macro unit to help with close-up photography.
Under the hood, the Realme GT Neo 3T is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 870 chipset which will be paired with 8GB RAM along with an option between 128GB or 256GB built-in storage. To keep it’s lights on, the phone is backed by a respectable 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast-charging support.
Like most of the recently unveiled Realme smartphones, the GT Neo 3T is shipped with the latest Realme UI 3.0 software based on Android 12 OS out of the box. Pricing for the device starts from US$470 for it’s 8GB+128GB trim and goes up to US$510 for it’s top-of-the-line model featuring 8GB+256GB configuration.
