Recently, a Chinese tipster claimed that Realme is working on a new phone called the Realme GT Neo Flash Edition. Today, Realme confirmed that it will be announcing a new smartphone at 7 PM (local time) on May 24 in China. Probably, it could be hinting at the arrival of the rumored Realme GT Neo Flash Edition.
According to a recent Weibo post by popular tipster Digital Chat Station, the Realme GT Neo Flash Edition will come with faster-charging capabilities as compared to the Realme GT Neo, which was announced in April in China. The other specs of the Flash Edition are likely to be identical to the GT Neo.
The Realme GT Neo Flash Editon appears to be the Realme phone with the RMX3350 model number that was recently approved by the TENAA authority of China. The Realme GT Neo has a 4,500mAh battery that supports 50W rapid charging. The Flash Edition is expected to arrive with 65W fast charging since the RMX3350 phone was spotted with a 65W charger at the 3C certification platform. The TENAA listing of the phone only shows minimal information such as a 6.43-inch screen, a 2,200mAh dual-cell battery, and 158.5 x 73.3 x 9.1mm dimensions, which are identical to the Realme GT Neo.
The GT Neo feature a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate support. It is powered by Dimensity 1200 chipset, LPDDR4x RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. For photography, it has a 32-megapixel front camera and a 64-megapixel triple camera system.
