Realme GT Neo3 Tipped to Arrive in Two Battery Variants, 150W Charging Tipped

Realme GT Neo3 is expected to launch soon in China. It is believed that the Realme RMX3562 and RMX3560 models that were recently approved by China’s TENAA authority will debut as the GT Neo3. The TENAA listings revealed that these models are packed with identical specs, but they differ in the battery department. Reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has shared some information on the battery and charging capabilities of the GT Neo3 variants.

According to the Chinese tipster, one variant of the GT Neo3 has a 4,500mAh battery with support for an industry-first 150W superfast charging. This one appears to be the RMX3560 model. The other GT Neo3 variant will pack a larger 5,000mAh battery that will carry support for 80W charging. The RMX3560 and RMX3562 haven’t yet appeared in the database of the 3C certification platform of China.

Realme GT Neo3 Specifications (Rumored)

The Realme GT Neo3 will house a 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+ display and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The device will run on Android 12 OS and Realme UI 3.0

The front side of the GT Neo3 will feature a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The rear side of the device will have an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera. It will be coupled with an ultrawide camera of 8-megapixel and a macro/depth camera of 2-megapixel.

MediaTek is expected to launch the Dimensity 8100 chipset in March. It is speculated that the D8100 SoC will power the GT Neo3. The device is equipped with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. It is backed by 4,500mAh / 5,000mAh battery.
