Realme has confirmed that the company will be announcing the company’s latest Narzo smartphone series on March 26th next week. The first batch of smartphones carrying the brand new Narzo moniker will be the Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A.
According to reports, the Narzo smartphone series is part of Realme’s strategy to compete against Xiaomi’s Redmi and POCO sub-brands in various markets. It is expected to consist predominantly of mid-rangers and premium mid-rangers smartphones.
From the teaser released by the company, the Realme Narzo 10 is expected to tout a quad-camera setup, while the Narzo 10A is expected to be a watered-down version with a triple-camera setup.
Renowned tipster Mukul Sharma on the other hand, has suggested that the Narzo 10 and 10A will be powered by the MediaTek’s Helio G80 and G70 SoC respectively.
In fact, there is also a possibility that the Narzo 10 may arrive as a rebranded Realme 6i, while the Narzo 10A could be the rebadged version of the Realme C3 (triple-camera).
Needless to say, many have felt that Realme is releasing smartphones way too quickly in recent months. Within the last few weeks alone, Realme had already announced a swathe of smartphones including the Realme C3, Realme X50 Pro, Realme 6, Realme 6i, as well as Realme 6 Pro.
