Realme has unveiled the Narzo 50 5G series of smartphones in India. The series has two smartphones: the Narzo 50 5G and the Narzo 50 Pro 5G. According to Realme, the new Narzo 50 series devices are gaming-focused devices that come with notable features such as a punch-hole display with a high refresh rate, Dimensity chipsets, a 48-megapixel main camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with fast charging support.

The Realme Narzo 50 5G has a 6.6-inch LCD screen, whereas the Pro model houses a 6.43-inch AMOLED display. Both phones support an FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The Pro variant supports a 360Hz touch sampling rate and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. The Pro variant comes with an in-screen fingerprint sensor, which can also function as a heart rate tracker. On the other hand, the Narzo 50 5G has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
For selfies, the Narzo 50 5G has an 8-megapixel front camera, whereas the Narzo 50 Pro 5G has a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The vanilla model’s rear camera setup has a 48-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel B&W lens, whereas the Narzo 50 Pro 5G has a 48-megapixel primary snapper, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
The Narzo 50 5G and Narzo 50 Pro 5G are powered by the Dimensity 810 and Dimensity 920 chipsets, respectively. The Narzo 50 5G series offers up to 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, up to 5 GB of virtual RAM, and up to 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Both models house a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W rapid charging.

Realme Narzo 50 5G models with 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, and 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage cost Rs 15,999 ($206), Rs 16,999 ($219), and Rs 17,999 ($232), respectively. It is scheduled to go on sale on May 24 in India.
The Narzo 50 Pro 5G variants such as 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage are priced at Rs 21,999 ($284) and Rs 23,999 ($310), respectively. Its first sale will be carried out on May 26 in the country. Both phones can be purchased in Hyper Black and Hyper Blue colors.
