Besides unveiling the Realme 8s 5G and Realme 8i smartphones, Realme has also announced the company’s first-ever tablet dubbed as the Realme Pad that comes with an ultra-affordable starting price of just INR13,999 (US$190).
The new Realme Pad builds around a 10.4” IPS LCD display which offers a 2000 x 1200 pixels screen resolution and a standard 60Hz screen refresh rate. Sporting an impressive thin profile of just 6.9mm, the Realme Pad is no doubt one of the slimmest tablet in the market.
In terms of performance, the Realme Pad is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 chipset which is paired with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
To deliver a more enjoyable entertainment or gaming experience, the Realme Pad does comes with a Hi-Res certified quad-speaker system with Dolby Atmos support.
For photography, the Realme Pad does carry an 8 megapixels camera on the rear side, as well as another 8 megapixels front-facing camera for selfie and video-calling purposes.
Keeping it’s lights on is none other than a massive 7,100mAh battery that comes with 18W fast-charging support. On the software side, the tablet is shipped with customized Realme UI (for tablet) based on Android 11 out of the box.
