In 2021, Realme launched the Realme Pad to enter the tablet market. This year, the company introduced the Realme Pad Mini. Both tablets are 4G-enabled devices. As the name implies, the Realme Pad X 5G is the first 5G-enabled tablet from the brand. The company has shared some fresh information about the tablet.
The Realme Pad X 5G will be equipped with an 8,340mAh battery that carries support for 33W fast charging. While there is no official confirmation yet, the device is expected to feature the Snapdragon 870 chipset.
The tablet will sport an 11-inch LCD panel that produces 2K resolution and carries support for curbing blue rays that can cause eye fatigue. It promises a panoramic sound experience as it features Dolby Atmos powered quad speakers.
Recent Apple iPads, such as the iPad Pro 2021, are equipped with a feature called Center Stage, which can automatically pan the camera as the subject moves. A similar kind of portrait centering feature will be available on the Realme Pad X 5G, confirmed the company. The tablet is expected to arrive with support for a microSD card and a Realme Pencil.
The Realme Pad X 5G will come in two options: 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. It is yet to be confirmed whether the company will be selling a cellular variant of the Pad X 5G. The tablet will be available in Star Grey, Sea Salt Blue, and Bright Chessboard Green colorways. At present, there is no information on the price of the device.
