Realme is working on a new Realme phone with model number RMX2151. The handset has recently bagged certification from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the U.S. Prior to it, it has been also certified by Eurasian Economic Commission in Russia, TKDN authority in Indonesia, and Wi-Fi Alliance. The FCC certification has revealed some key information on the specs of the device.
The FCC listing reveals that the Realme RMX2151 has 162.35 x 75.46 x 9.45mm dimensions and it weighs 198 grams. The height and width of the phone is similar to the Realme 6 smartphone. Hence, there is a possibility that the device could be housing a 6.5-inch display.
The Realme RMX2151 is backed by a battery with a rated value of 4,900mAh. Its typical value is 5,000mAh. It carries support for 30W fast charging. The connectivity features of the phone confirmed through its FCC listing are 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS, GLONASS, and NFC. The handset will come preinstalled with Realme UI 1.0 based Android 10 OS. A schematic of the phone reveals that it has a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
The handset had appeared at Wi-Fi certification platform last month. It revealed that the device features MT6785T chipset which is the Helio G90T SoC
Unfortunately, the final product name of the Realme RMX2151 is under wraps. Hopefully, more details of the device will appear in the near future.
