Realme is rumored to be working on the launch of its next smartphones. The company’s CMO Xu Qi seems to have started teasing the arrival of the company’s new phones. His recent teasers show that upcoming phones will have some relation with the number 7. It is being speculated that Realme’s next phone could be Realme X7 or Realme 7 series. A new Weibo post from Realme reveals that it will confirm the launch of the new products tomorrow. It is speculated that the Realme may launch new phones on September 1.
Yesterday, a tipster revealed Realme could be holding a launch event on Sept. 1, which happens to be the same day when Honor and ZTE will be announcing new devices. Honor is expected to unveil wearable products and ZTE will be launching the ZTE Axon 20 5G.
The upcoming event may see the arrival of two Realme phones. It is being speculated that the Realme RMX2121 and RMX2176 phones that have appeared in TENAA’s database could be launching on Sept. 1.
The Realme RMX2176 has a 6.43-inch OLED display with a high refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution support. It has a 32-megapixel front camera and a 64-megapixel quad-camera system. It could be powered by Snapdragon 765G SoC and up to 12 GB of RAM. The phone may come with up to 256 GB of storage and 4,300mAh dual-cell battery with 65W fast charging support.
The Realme RMX2121 is said to be equipped with a 6.5-inch OLED display with high refresh rate. It could be housing a 4,500mAh dual-cell battery. It is also expected to come with 65W rapid charging support.
