During the ongoing Mobile World Congress (MWC) trade show held in Shanghai, Realme has taken the opportunity to announce the company’s new “Dual-Platform Dual-Flagship” strategy.
The new strategy basically means that the company will be launching two different flagship phones with one focusing primarily on performance while another focuses on cutting-edge camera technology.
Realme also noted that the former will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8XX series chip, while the latter is equipped with MediaTek 5G chipsets. Based on what we’d learned so far, its not difficult to see that the upcoming Realme GT 5G smartphone befits the first category of high performance flagship phone.
Ahead of its actual unveiling on March 4th, Realme had also given a quick preview of the Realme GT 5G during the MWC event. According to Realme, the leather variant of the Realme GT 5G is dubbed as Racing Yellow, and the dual-tone design is actually fabricated by two different materials.
Besides being equipped with the latest Snapdragon 888 chipset, the upcoming Realme GT 5G also features a revolutionary Stainless Steel VC Cooling System which not only offers high thermal conductivity, but also provides more efficient and faster water vapour circulation.
