Realme has officially announced a new entry-level smartphone in the Chinese market known as the Realme V20 5G. Priced at just 999 Yuan (US$149), the Realme V20 5G is available in two different colorways such as Star Blue and Ink Cloud Black.
Starting with the front side of the phone, the new Realme V20 5G builds around a 6.5” IPS LCD display offering a HD+ screen resolution along with 60Hz refresh rate. For handling selfies and video calls, it features a 5 megapixels front-facing camera along the upper bezel of the phone.
Over on the rear side, the Realme V20 5G sports a rectangular camera island which houses a dual-cam setup comprising of a 13 megapixels main camera and a 0.3 megapixels auxiliary camera. To help with low-light photography, it also has a LED flash unit situated perpendicularly to the main camera.
Hardware-wise, the Realme V20 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset which will be paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage which supports further expansion via a microSD card.
To keep it’s lights on, the device is backed by a respectable 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging speed. Other than that, the phone also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired headphones.
