Red Magic recently began teasing the arrival of the Red Magic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro, which will succeed the Tablet 3 Pro from last year. There is a possibility that it may launch later this month or in May in China. Ahead of the launch, well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed almost everything about it.
Red Magic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro key specifications revealed
As per the leak, the Red Magic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro will feature a 9-inch OLED panel that offers a 2.4K resolution of 2400 x 1504 pixels, and it will have support for a 185Hz refresh rate for gaming. Under the hood, the device will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip along with a liquid cooling system.
The tablet will pack an 8,300mAh battery, but there is no information about its fast charging capabilities. The leak also has no information about the front and rear cameras. There’s a possibility that it may feature a 9MP rear camera and a 13MP front camera like the predecessor model.
The gaming tablet will arrive in multiple options, such as 12GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, 16GB+1TB, and 24GB+1TB. It will be sold in shades like Tritium Transparent Silver Wing, Tritium Transparent Dark Night, and Gold Legend. As the moniker suggests, it will have a transparent design and will also be lightweight.
The leak also states the brand plans to launch the Red Magic 11S Pro+. While there is no clarity on whether it will be unveiled alongside the Gaming Tablet 5 Pro, it is expected to arrive as an incremental upgrade over the Red Magic 11 Pro models, which were announced last year.
