Recently, we’d heard about an upcoming Redmi’s entry-level smartphone known as the Redmi 10A which was spotted on Geekbench with MediaTek Helio G25 chipset under the hood.
However, apart from the Redmi 10A smartphone, it appears that the company is also prepping another model known as the Redmi 10 (2022) which interestingly made it’s appearance on the same benchmarking platform earlier today.
As usual, the listing doesn’t reveal much information pertaining to the device, though it did confirmed that the Redmi 10 (2022) would be powered by the same MediaTek Helio G88 chipset which was also used in it’s predecessor.
Apart from that, it also revealed that the phone would be shipped with 4GB RAM which we believe is likely to be one of the several RAM variants which will be available at launch. As for the software side of things, we did know that the phone would be shipped with Android 11 OS out of the box as well.
While there isn’t any changes to it’s chipset, but that doesn’t means we will not be seeing any upgrades in other aspects of the phone – and that’s something we would probably find out in the coming days.
