On Jan. 7, Redmi had started with the sales of the Redmi K30 5G smartphone. Even though the company had announced four RAM and storage combinations for the smartphone in December, it had only sold 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage edition last month. Two hours after making it available, the company revealed that it had sold out the 8 GB RAM variant of the Redmi K30 5G in just 2 hours. As confirmed yesterday by the company through its Weibo account, the 6 GB RAM variants of the Redmi K30 5G were made available for pre-orders from today at 10:00 AM (local time).
The 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage editions of the Redmi K30 5G are now available for pre-orders in China. These models are respectively priced at 1,999 Yuan ($290) and 2,299 Yuan ($333). With a pricing of 1,999 Yuan, the Redmi K30 5G is currently the cheapest smartphone available on this globe.
The 6 GB + 64 GB and 6 GB + 128 GB variants will go on sale form tomorrow at 10:00 AM (local time). These variants will be available in Deep Ocean Glitter along with Deep Sea Blue color. Also, these models are available alongside the existing 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage edition that is priced at 2,599 Yuan.
