The company had recently claimed that it had readied enough stock to deal with the demand for the cheapest 5G smartphone. Redmi has released a new poster on its Weibo account. It confirms that the company sold out the first stock of the Redmi K30 5G in just two hours on making it available for purchase.
The poster stats that the Redmi K30 5G was sold out in its first sale. It also reveals that the next sale of the smartphone will be held on Jan. 10. With a starting price of 1,999 Yuan, the Redmi K30 5G is the cheapest 5G phone available in the market. However, the company is currently only selling the Redmi K30 5G in 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage version which carries a price tag of 2,599 Yuan and in a single color of Deep Sea Blue.
