Last month, Redmi had confirmed that it will be launching the Redmi K30 Pro in March. Its soon going to be mid-March, but the Chinese firm hasn’t yet confirmed on the Redmi K30 Pro launch date. Fresh information suggests that the unveil event will be held by the end of this month.
On Feb. 22, Lu Weibing who is the General Manager of Redmi had revealed the market release time frame of the Redmi K30 Pro. He had revealed that the Redmi K30 Pro will be hitting the Chinese markets between the launch conferences of the Huawei P40 series and Honor 30 series.
The Huawei P40 lineup are going to be official on March 26. Honor is yet to confirm on the arrival of the Honor 30 series. Today, Xiaomi Product Director Wang Teng Thomas hinted the announcement of the Redmi K30 Pro will happen after the launch of P40 series which is scheduled to go official on March 26.
Since the Redmi K30 Pro is poised to debut this month, the handset will probably go official at March end. Well-known tipster @RODENT950 had claimed on Twitter that the Honor 30 will be made official in April. Hence, it appears that the Redmi K30 Pro will be releasing in the Chinese markets probably by early April.
Redmi K30 Pro Specifications
The Redmi K30 Pro will be sporting a notch-less display, quad rear cameras and a pop-up selfie camera. It may house a full HD+ 6.67-inch OLED display and it will be driven by Snapdragon 865 mobile platform and LPDDR5 RAM.
The K30 Pro may sport Sony IMX686 64-megapixel quad rear cameras. The MIUI 11 based Android OS will be loaded on the device. It could be coming with a 4,700mAh battery that supports 33W rapid charging.
