There have been reports that the Xiaomi Mi 10T will be made available as a Redmi device in China. Previous reports had claimed that the phone could be debuting in the home market as the Redmi K30T.
However, fresh reports are claiming that it could be called the Redmi K30S. Chinese telecom operator China Mobile carried a Weibo post that included an image of the Mi 10T and it named the device as the Redmi K30S. It appears that the Weibo post has been taken down. However, a screenshot of the post can be easily found on social platforms.
Redmi is yet to reveal the existence of the Redmi K30S. Considering that it is a rebranded Mi 10T, it will be arriving as third flagship phone powered by the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform. Speculations are rife that the Chinese manufacturer will hold a launch event for the Redmi K30S by October end or early November.
Probably, the company could be aiming to achieve good sales of the phone through the upcoming Singles’ Day sale that will be held on Nov. 11 in China. At present, there is no information on available on the pricing of the Redmi K30S. Also, it not clear whether the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro will be made available in China as the Redmi K30S series device.
