Redmi K60 Series Likely to Debut by December End

Redmi has already teased the Redmi K60E, but it hasn’t said anything about its launch date. Rumors are rife that the K60 family also includes two other models, such as the Redmi K60 and the Redmi K60 Pro. A new tip from leaker Digital Chat Station reveals that the Redmi K60 series will break cover by the end of this month.

The tipster compared the Redmi K60E, K60, and K60 Pro with the Redmi K50 series. According to the tipster, the K60E, K60, and K60 Pro correspond to the Redmi K50, K50 Pro, and K50 Gaming. He added that the K60 series aims to be the king of performance in three price segments below the Xiaomi 13 series in China.

The Xiaomi 13 series starts at 3,999 Yuan ($574). Hence, there is a possibility that the Redmi K60 series may start at around 1,999 Yuan ($287).

Rumors are rife that the Redmi K60 will be equipped with an OLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution. It will be powered by the Dimensity 8200 chipset. The device is likely to feature a 48-megapixel Sony IMX582 primary camera. It may pack a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging.

The Redmi K60 is likely to feature an OLED panel that produces a 2K resolution. The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset and a 5,500 mAh battery will power it. The phone will offer 67W fast charging and 30W wireless charging. For photography, it has a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 primary camera.

The Redmi K60 Pro will have an OLED screen that delivers a 2K resolution. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform and a 5,500mAh battery. The phone will offer 120W fast charging and 30W wireless charging. It is likely to feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary camera.
