Xiaomi had announced the Redmi Note 11 series smartphones during a high profile launch event held in the Chinese market yesterday where it introduced a total of three different models including Redmi Note 11, Note 11 Pro, as well as Note 11 Pro+.
Now, a new leak coming from reliable tipster Kacper Skrzypek had revealed that the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Pro+ will be heading to the Indian markets under the Xiaomi 11i and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge monikers.
This doesn’t came much as a surprise since the existing Xiaomi Mi 10i was also a rebranded Redmi Note series smartphone, more specifically the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G.
Redmi Note 11 Pro & Pro+ Specifications
The Redmi Note 11 Pro and Pro+ duo feature a 6.67” AMOLED display which flaunts a FHD+ screen resolution, super smooth 120Hz refresh rate, as well as a responsive 360Hz touch sampling rate. It also comes with a 16 megapixels front-facing camera that housed within a really tiny hole-punch cutout that measures just 2.96mm in diameter.
On the flipside, both devices also sport a rectangular-shaped camera island that houses a triple-cam setup comprising of a 108 megapixels wide camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, as well as a 2 megapixels telemacro camera.
Under the hood, the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro+ are powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset which will be coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB built-in storage. This time round however, there will be no microSD slot available for storage expansion.
Coming to what’s different between the two, the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is the only model within the Note 11 series to feature a blazing-fast 120W wired charging which is capable of delivering a full charge in just 15 minutes.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro on the other hand, settles with a 67W fast charging which is still impressive for a phone of it’s price. Although the Redmi Note 11 Pro has a slower charging speed, but it’s fitted with a larger 5,160mAh battery as opposed to the 4,500mAh battery on the Redmi Note 11 Pro+.
