In May, tipster Kacper Skrzypek revealed the key specifications of the Redmi Pad 2. Now, in a new Weibo post, well-known Chinese leaker Digital Chat Station has tipped the key specifications of the entry-level Redmi tablet.
According to the tipster, the Redmi Pad 2 will be priced at around 1,000 Yuan in China. The device will offer key specifications such as a 10.x-inch LCD panel that offers a 2K resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
On the front, the Redmi Pad 2 will have a 5-megapixel camera. The back panel of the device will be fitted with an 8-megapixel snapper. In all likelihood, the device will run on Android 13 OS with the MIUI for Pad on top.
The leak further states that the Redmi Pad 2 will be powered by the Snapdragon 680 and an 8,000mAh battery. To recall, the predecessor model featured the more powerful Helio G99 chipset. As per other reports, the model number of the device is 23073RPBFG.
Redmi is expected to launch the Redmi K60 Ultra in July or August in China. It is likely that the same event will be used to announce other products, such as the Redmi Pad 2 and the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 foldable phone.
