Redmi Turbo 4 Pro tipped to pack a larger 6.8-inch display

Last month in China, Redmi announced the Redmi Turbo 4, featuring a 6.67-inch display, a Dimensity 8400-Ultra chip, and a 6,550mAh battery. It is speculated that the brand will unveil the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro in April this year in China. Reports suggest that it will debut as one of the first phones powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8s Elite chipset. Today, reliable leaker Digital Chat Station has seemingly shared new details about the Pro model.

Redmi Turbo 4 Pro display size leaked

The latest leak reveals that an upcoming phone powered by the Snapdragon 8s Elite (SM8735) chipset will feature a massive 6.8x-inch OLED LTPS screen with a flat design. The display will support a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the device is said to feature a metal middle frame and a glass back.

This leak aligns with previous reports about the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, which suggested a similar build, display design, and chipset. While earlier leaks did not specify the exact display size, the new information indicates that the Turbo 4 Pro will feature a 6.8-inch screen, making it significantly larger than the 6.67-inch display on the Redmi Turbo 4.

Other reports have revealed that the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro will pack a battery of around 7,500mAh capacity. While it will lack wireless charging, it is expected to support 90W wired charging. The phone will run on HyperOS 2.0-based Android 15. For photography, the device could be equipped with an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. It is also expected to arrive with an IP68-rated chassis.

To recall, the Redmi Turbo 4 has been rebranded as the Poco X7 Pro in the global market. Likely, a tweaked version of the Turbo 4 Pro will be released with the Poco F7 moniker globally in Q2 2025.
