Redmi unveiled the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro in April this year in China. Therefore, the successor edition may hit the home market around the same month in the coming year. Well before the launch, well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked the key specifications of the Redmi Turbo 5 Pro.

According to the tipster, the Redmi Turbo 5 Pro will continue to offer a minimalist design like its predecessor. It will have a metal middle frame and what appears to be an IP68/69-rated body.
On the front, the device will feature a 1.5K LTPS OLED screen, but its exact size has not been mentioned in the leak. The display will be flat with large and rounded corners. For security, it will have an under-display ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, the Redmi Turbo 5 Pro will have a Dimensity 9-series chip. While he has not mentioned the exact chip’s name, it could be equipped with the upcoming Dimensity 9500e SoC, which is said to be in the works.
As per a recent leak by the same source, the Dimensity 9500e, which will be built on TSMC’s N3E process, will comprise 1 x Cortex-X925 working at 3.73GHz, 3 x Cortex-X4, and 4 x Cortex-A720 cores. For graphics, it will feature the ARM GP25 MP12 GPU.
The Redmi Turbo 5 Pro will house a massive 9,000mAh battery with 100W charging. For audiophiles, the device will be equipped with symmetrical dual speakers. It is expected to run on Android 16 with a layer of HyperOS 3 on top.
