RMX2072 Gaming Phone Bags 3C Certification, Reveals 65W Fast Charger

Realme has recently launched the Realme X50m smartphone in China. The Chinese brand is speculated to announce the Realme X3 in this month. The rumor mill has speculated that the lineup includes around devices such as the vanilla Realme X3, Realme X3 SuperZoom, and Realme X3 Pro. The latter is said to have a model number of RMX2072. Last week, the alleged Realme X3 Pro had appeared on AnTuTu benchmarks. The same model number has received 3C certification in China.

The 3C certification of the Realme RMX2072 reveals that it is a 5G-ready smartphone. Also, the listing suggests that the phone may ship with a 65W fast charger. This indicates that the Realme RMX2072 is an upcoming flagship phone from the company.

The RMX2072 is believed to arrive as a gaming-centric phone. It is said to be the last Snapdragon 865 mobile platform powered handset for the first half of the year 2020. Nothing is known on the specifications of the alleged Realme X3 Pro. On AnTuTu, the handset had recorded an impressive average benchmarking score of 600,806.

In related news, the Realme X3 SuperZoom’s NBTC listing in Thailand had revealed the moniker along with the RMX2086 model number. Its Geekbench listing revealed that it is powered by Snapdragon 855+ mobile platform and 12 GB of RAM.

The handset is expected to arrive with a 4,200mAh battery along with support for 30W rapid charging. It is expected to come with support for 60x zoom with Starry Mode feature for capturing Milky Way shots. The smartphone has also received Bluetooth SIG certification.
