Samsung has officially unveiled the brand new Galaxy A03s budget-friendly smartphone that will take on the likes of other entry-level phones in the market like the Realme C11 (2021). This device will first be available in the Indian market where the phone carries a starting price of INR 11,499 ($155).
The Samsung Galaxy A03s arrives with a 6.5” TFT LCD display that offers a HD+ screen resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, as well as a 5 megapixels front-facing camera housed within it’s V-shape notch.
Around the back of the phone, it comes with a rectangular camera island which brings along a triple-cam setup that includes a 13 megapixels main camera, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor for portrait shots.
The Galaxy A03s is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 chipset and is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
To keep it’s lights on, the phone draws power from a respectable 5,000mAh battery which carries support for 15W fast-charging. On the software-side, the Galaxy A03s is shipped with One UI 3.1 Core based on Android 11.
