Samsung is reportedly working on the Galaxy A05 series of entry-level smartphones. The lineup is likely to include models such as the Galaxy A05, Galaxy A05s, and Galaxy A05e. Recent reports have revealed a few details about some of these devices. A leak, courtesy of NokiaPowerUser has revealed key details of the Galaxy A05.
The above image leaked by the publication reveals that the Galaxy A05 will feature a teardrop-notch display. The screen notch will house an 8-megapixel selfie camera, whereas the device will have a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel auxiliary snapper on the back.
The Galaxy A05 was recently spotted with 4 GB of RAM on Geekbench. However, the publication claims that it has learned through its source that the device will also come in a 6 GB RAM version. It also revealed that the smartphone will come in 64 GB and 128 GB storage versions. With 6 GB of RAM onboard, the A05 may offer a smooth experience and could be good enough for casual gaming.
The above image reveals that the Galaxy A05 will come in three shades: black, silver, and lime green. The device is said to be equipped with a side-facing fingerprint scanner. While there is no concrete evidence to back this claim, a recent leak claimed that it may sport a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display.
In related news, Samsung is reportedly gearing up to launch its “Fan Edition” products. It is speculated that it may announce the Galaxy S23 FE, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series of tablets, and the Galaxy Buds FE TWS earbuds.
