The Samsung Galaxy A8, which has been roaming around the rumor mills quite recently, has been slated to hit the Chinese market on July 18th according to GSMArena.
This device will be the new addition to Samsung’s A series which currently sits at their latest A7 handset. From what we learn so far, the Galaxy A8 will be coming with a 5.7″ FHD AMOLED display powered by the Snapdragon 615 SoC – which is getting more and more common among mid-range devices so far.
Other alleged spec sheet include a 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 16MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing shooter, as well as a fingerprint reader on the Home button – which sets it apart from other Samsung devices.
According to rumors, the Galaxy A8 will be priced at €439, slightly more expensive than its A7 sibling which is priced at just €350. Do share with us if you’re planning to grab this device!
