Recently, we’d heard about the existence of an upcoming Samsung Galaxy A series smartphone known as the Galaxy A82 which was recently spotted on both Google Play Console and Geekbench with Snapdragon 855+ chipset.
Now, the alleged promo posters and real life images of the Galaxy A82 have also made its appearance across social media, revealing the design of the phone in full glory. This device however, is marketed as the Galaxy Quantum 2 in the Korean market.
Based on the leaked materials, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A82 will be arriving with the usual Infinity-O display which is said to measure 6.7” diagonally. It offers a FHD+ screen resolution, 120Hz screen refresh rate, 800 nits peak brightness, as well as an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Around its back panel, the device flaunts a rectangular camera island which houses a triple-camera system which is lead by a 64 megapixels primary shooter with OIS stabilization support. However, there isn’t any words on the specifications of the other two cameras at the moment.
As mentioned before, this device will be powered by a two-year-old Snapdragon 855+ chipset which is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
Moving on, the Samsung Galaxy A82 is also reportedly fitted with a respectable 4,500mAh battery which seems to carry 15W fast-charging support. On top of that, there’s also IP67 rating and Dolby Atmos support for its speakers.
