Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy F62 on February 15th next week. Prior to its launch, the company has been teasing the device by releasing tiny bits and pieces of its specs on its Flipkart’s landing page everyday.
Today, the Korean smartphone maker has further confirmed that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy F62 will be arriving with a 64 megapixels primary shooter for its quad-camera system at the back. Though the identity of the other three cameras weren’t revealed, but they are likely to be an ultra-wide camera, macro camera, as well as a depth sensor.
Based on what we’d learned so far, the Galaxy F62 is tipped to feature 6.7-inches sAMOLED+ display that comes with a central hole-punch cutout for its 32 megapixels selfie camera. On top of that, its also expected to sport a FHD+ screen and a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Galaxy F62 is powered by an octa-core Exynos 9825 chipset which boasts an overall score exceeding 452,000 points on AnTuTu – which is pretty impressive for a mid-ranger.
To keep its lights on, there will be a huge 7,000mAh battery which is said to support up to 25W fast-charging. In the Indian market, the Galaxy F62 is expected to be priced below Rs. 24,999 (US$244) for its base model.
