Earlier today, Samsung has officially announced their latest Galaxy J Max phablet which rocks a decent 7-inches WXGA display.
This mid-ranger device is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core SoC along with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage. Camera-wise, the Galaxy J Max will be equipped with a 8MP main shooter as well as a 2MP front camera for selfies.
The main selling point of this device is no doubt its 4,000mAh battery which promises up to 9 hours of continuous usage. Sad to say, the phablet will be running on the Android 5.1 Lollipop although it is highly possible for the device to be upgraded to the latest Android 7.0 Nougat in the near future.
For those interested in getting this device, it is worth noting that it will come in 2 color options namely Black and Gold. According to sources, the Galaxy J Max is expected to go on sale in India by the end of July at a reasonable price tag of just Rs. 13400 (~$200).
