Samsung has recently unveiled the Galaxy A8 (2018) and Galaxy A8+ (2018) smartphones and it appears that very soon the company will be announcing an entry-level phone called Galaxy J2 (2018). Roland Quandt who is known for his consistent track record for leaked information of upcoming phones has revealed the entire specs of the phone along with its two renders.
The Galaxy J2 (2018) will be arriving with a 5-inch S-AMOLED display. It will carry support for 540 x 960 pixels resolution. The Snapdragon 425 chipset that powers the Xiaomi Redmi 5A phone will be present under the hood of the Galaxy J2 (2018). The SoC of the phone will be supported by 1.5 GB of RAM. It will be coming with an inbuilt storage of 8 GB and users will be also take advantage of more storage through the microSD card slot. It will be loaded with Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS.
An 8-megapixel camera with LED flash will be present on the back panel of the phone. A 5-megapixel camera coupled with LED flash will be residing on its front. It will be arriving with connectivity options such as dual-SIM, 3.5mm headphone slot, Bluetooth, microUSB, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11n.
