Samsung has officially announced a new entry-level smartphone in the global market known as the Galaxy M13 which was subjected to several leaks recently. The new model shares a close resemblance to the Galaxy M23 smartphone in terms of design, but varies greatly in terms of specs.
Right off the bat, the new Samsung Galaxy M13 features a 6.6” IPS LCD display offering a FHD+ screen resolution along with 60Hz refresh rate. For handling selfies, there’s also an 8 megapixels front-facing camera housed within an Infinity-V notch.
Over on the rear side, it comes with a triple-camera array lead by a 50 megapixels main camera with f/1.8 aperture. This will be accompanied by a 5 megapixels ultra-wide camera as well as a 2 megapixels depth unit to assist with portrait photography.
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy M13 is powered by an octa-core Exynos 850 chipset which will be paired with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB built-in storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card.
Other than that, there is also a respectable 5,000mAh battery which carries support for 15W fast-charging. The phone as usual, will be shipped with Samsung’s One UI 4.1 based on Android 12 OS out of the box.
Those who’re interested can pick the phone from three different colorways such as Black, Elegant Blue, and Trendy Emerald Green. Though the device had already been unveiled, but Samsung has yet to officially announce it’s pricing and availability.
