An upcoming Samsung M-series smartphone known as the Galaxy M31 Prime had been listed on Amazon India along with the bulk of its official specs. Although no official launch date was revealed, but Amazon India do hint that the launch will be imminent.
In terms of design, the Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime shares a close resemblance with the current Galaxy M31 launched back in February this year. It retains the same dewdrop-notch design at the front, as well as a rectangular housing with a quad camera system at the back.
According to its product listing on Amazon, the four cameras at the back will include a 64 megapixels (f/1.8 aperture) primary shooter, 8 megapixels (f/2.2 aperture) ultra-wide lens, 5 megapixels (f/2.4 aperture) macro camera, as well as a 5 megapixels (f/2.4 aperture) depth sensor. This will be rounded up by a 32 megapixels selfie camera at the front.
Under the hood, the Galaxy M31 Prime will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 9611 chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB onboard storage which is further expandable by up to 512GB via a microSD card.
Just like any other M-series smartphones, the Galaxy M31 Prime will draw power from a massive 6,000mAh battery that comes with 15W fast-charging support.
