Samsung announced the Galaxy M31 mid-range phone in February. Recent reports have revealed that the South Korean company is working on its updated version called Galaxy M31s. Initial reports have revealed that the Galaxy M31s has a model number of SM-M317F. The device has appeared on Geekbench with some of its key specs.
The SM-M317F Samsung phone scored 347 in the single-core test and it reached a score of 1256 in the multi-core test. The device is loaded with Android 10 OS. The device is powered by the Exynos 9611. It is the same mid-range processor that fuels the Samsung Galaxy M31. The SoC on the Galaxy M31s is coupled with 6 GB of RAM.
Rumors surrounding the Galaxy M31s have claimed that it could be sporting a 64-megapixel quad camera setup. The mid-ranger may come with a big internal storage of 128 GB. There is a possibility that it could be also coming in a base model of 64 GB. No other information is available on the specs of the Galaxy M31s.
Apart from Galaxy M31s, Samsung is reportedly working on the launch of the Galaxy M51 phone. Yesterday, the M51 phone was spotted on Geekbench with Snapdragon 675 SoC, 8 GB of RAM, and Android 10 OS.
Rumors have it that the Galaxy M51 will be sporting a 64-megapixel quad-camera setup on its back and it could be coming with a big battery of 5,000mAh capacity. Samsung is yet to confirm the existence of the Galaxy M31s and Galaxy M51. These phones are likely to launch by the end of this month or in the coming month in India.
