Samsung will be launching the all-new Galaxy M62 smartphone in the Malaysian market on March 3rd – making the country one of the first to launch this device. Based on the design of the device revealed in the promo teasers, it seems that the Samsung Galaxy M62 is likely to be a rebranded model of the Galaxy F62 smartphone which was launched in the Indian market last week.
As such, we can pretty much expect to see a similar specs on the Galaxy M62 as well. Upfront, the device will be built around a 6.7-inches sAMOLEDÂ Inifinity-O display which sports a FHD+ screen resolution. The selfie camera will be an impressive 32 megapixels sensor.
Around the back of the device, there’s a quad-camera system comprising of a 64 megapixels primary shooter, 12 megapixels ultra-wide lens, 5 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 5 megapixels depth sensor.
Under the hood, the Galaxy M62 is powered by a slightly dated Exynos 9825 chipset which was also used in the Galaxy Note 10 series flagship. This will be accompanied by up to 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card.
Keeping its lights on is none other than a huge 7,000mAh battery which carries support for 25W fast-charging. Aside from that, other notable features also include its support for Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, as well as the presence of a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
