Samsung Galaxy S23 FE could arrive earlier than expected, according to a new leak by tipster Revengus. There have been contradictory rumors about the existence of the S23 FE, but recent reports have claimed that it is planned to launch in the last quarter of this year. However, the new leak states that its launch could be a couple of weeks away.
The tipster claimed that the Galaxy S23 series sales were impressive after its launch. However, S23 sales have been declining this month (May). It is being speculated that due to the S23 sales will be down by around 20 percent in Q2 2023 as compared to Galaxy S22 sales in Q2 2022.
As a result, Samsung will launch the Galaxy S23 FE earlier than expected in some regions, claims the tipster. He added that the S23 FE may go official before the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5. A recent report revealed that the Galaxy Z Fold 5 / Flip 5 will launch in the last week of July. Hence, there is a possibility that the S23 FE may break as early as July.
It will not take much time for Samsung to develop the Galaxy S23 and release it on the market. The reason behind it is that it is likely to be very similar to the Galaxy S23, claims the tipster.
According to reports, the Galaxy S23 FE will have an AMOLED display that offers an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will be equipped with an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel primary camera on the back.
The Exynos 2200 chipset will power the Galaxy S23 FE. It remains to be seen whether the company will release the Snapdragon version of the device in some markets. It will pack a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging.
The Galaxy S23 FE is likely to arrive in 6 GB and 8 GB RAM variants. It may come in storage options like 128 GB and 256 GB. The device will run on the Android 13 OS, which will be overlaid with the latest version of the One UI 5.
