Samsung did not launch the Galaxy S22 Fan Edition last year. This gave birth to rumors that the South Korean tech giant may have discontinued the Galaxy FE lineup. However, the first leaks revealing key details of the Galaxy S23 FE surfaced last month. Now, a new report, courtesy of GalaxyClub.nl, has surfaced to reveal key information on the primary camera of the S23 FE.
According to the report, the Galaxy S23 FE will have the same 50-megapixel camera that is available on the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S23. Hence, it appears that the S23 Fan Edition will feature a 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL GN3 1/1.56-inch camera sensor.
There is no word on the other cameras that will be available on the Galaxy S23 FE. Samsung is yet to confirm the existence of the Galaxy S23 FE, but the rumors surrounding it suggest that it will break cover in Q4 this year.
As per a report from last month, the Galaxy S23 FE will have a 120Hz AMOLED punch-hole display with flat edges, but its exact size is yet to be revealed. The Exynos 2200 chip will be present under the hood of the S23 FE. Samsung may release a Snapdragon-powered edition of the S23 FE in some markets.
The Galaxy S23 FE is expected to arrive in RAM variants, such as 12 GB and 8 GB. It may come in storage options like 256 GB and 128 GB. It is likely to come preloaded with Android 13 OS and One UI 5.1. The smartphone will pack a 4,500mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging.
