Now, a report claims that it will break cover on April 3 in Europe.

It will be available in 256GB and 512GB storage options, and in colors like Black, Silver, and Blue. For selfies, the Galaxy S25 Edge may feature a 12-megapixel front camera. Its back panel could be equipped with an OIS-enabled 200-megapixel main camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
Under the hood, the S25 Edge may feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip and a 3,900mAh battery. It is expected to support 25W wired and 15W wireless charging. At present, there is no information about the price of the device.
