The Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ are launching on Feb. 25 through Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event. The rumor mill has revealed plenty of information on the Galaxy S9 in the past few months. Well-known tipster Evan Blass has now revealed that the different colors variants of the Galaxy S9 and S9+.
According to Blass, the Galaxy S9 and S9+ will be arriving in four color variants such as Midnight Black, Lilac Purple, Titanium Gray and Coral Blue. Except for the Lilac Purple, the other color variants were made available for Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+ and Galaxy Note 8. Last year’s Galaxy flagship phones were also available in Orchid Gray option. It seems that the Galaxy S9 duo may not available in Orchid Gray.
A leaked render of the Galaxy S9 and S9+ new Purple Lilac color variants appears like a deeper version of Orchid Gray. The other color variants seem same as for Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note 8. Blass has also claimed that the Galaxy S9 duo will be also arriving in other limited edition versions.
The Galaxy S9 and S9+ will be sporting Infinity Display design like their predecessor models. The Snapdragon 845 is expected to power the U.S. and China variants of the S9 duo whereas other markets are pegged to receive Exynos 9810 chipset models. The Galaxy S9 is expected to arrive with 4 GB of RAM, single rear camera of 12-megapixel and 3,000mAh battery. The S9+ is pegged to feature 6 GB of RAM, 12-megapixel dual camera and 3,500mAh battery.
