Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) launched with Snapdragon 720G chipset

Samsung has quietly announced a new mid-range tablet in the European market known as the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) which carries an affordable launch price of just 399.99 Euros for the Wi-Fi only version.

The latest model comes with a spacious 10.4” LCD display that offers a FHD+ screen resolution along with 60Hz refresh rate. To allow users to engage in video call, a 5 megapixels front-facing camera is present along the longer side of the bezel as well. Other than that, the front display also brings along S-Pen support which will allow users to drop down notes easily on the tablet.

Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 720G chipset which is a pretty decent upgrade over the Exynos 9611 chip that was used in the preceding model. Interestingly, the new model was listed only with a single 4GB+64GB configuration – though we believe more options might be available.

Keeping it’s lights on is none other than a 7,040mAh battery with an unspecified charging speed (likely to be the same 15W charging speed). Quite expectedly, the slate will be shipped with the latest One UI 4.0 based on Android 12 OS right off the box.

Apart from all that, other noteworthy features which accompany the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) also include the present of a microSD slot, 3.5mm headphone jack, 8MP rear-facing camera, as well as a pair of capable AKG-tuned speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
