Recently, the upcoming Galaxy Tab S series tablet was spotted at the database of the Wi-Fi certification body. The device that appeared on the Wi-Fi Alliance had a model number of SM-T976B. The Galaxy Tab S6 flagship tablet from last year had a 5G variant. However, it was only available in South Korea. It is being reported that the Galaxy Tab S7+ (SM-976B) is a 5G edition that will be made available in European markets.
The Bluetooth certification of the Galaxy Tab S7+ only reveals the support for Bluetooth 5.0. Its Wi-Fi certification had revealed that it will come preloaded with Android 10 OS and it will be equipped with support for dual-band Wi-Fi
The Galaxy Tab S7+ is said to be a larger model featuring a 12.4-inch display. The SM-T970 model number belongs to its Wi-Fi only variant and its 4G edition has an SM-T975 model number.
It is speculated that there could be a smaller sibling called the Galaxy Tab S7. It is rumored to sport an 11-inch screen. The SM-T870 and SM-T875 model numbers are associated with the Tab S7. Both Tab S7 and Tab S7+ are going to come with stylus support. The Galaxy Tab S7 series may go official as early as next month.
