Recently, there have been several leaks and rumors about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series of flagship tablets. Rumors have it that it will be announced alongside the Galaxy Tab S9 series in August this year. In a new tweet, tipster Revengus has leaked the memory configurations of the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.
According to the tipster, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be available in three different versions, with varying memory and storage configurations. The entry-level model will come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, while the higher-end versions will offer 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage, respectively.
It is worth noting that the entry-level model will have UFS 3.1 storage, while the higher-end models will feature UFS 4.0 storage. This is due to the unavailability of 128GB UFS 4.0 storage chips at the moment, which is a similar situation to other Android flagship phones available in the market.
The tipster also revealed that the Galaxy Tab S9 will come in 8GB and 12GB of RAM variants. However, he did not share any other information about the vanilla tablet.
Previous reports have revealed that the entire Galaxy Tab S9 series will feature an AMOLED display and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy chipset. The entire lineup is also expected to offer IP67 dust and water resistance.
