Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Lite Could be in Works

Samsung launched the Galaxy Z Flip powered by the Snapdragon 855+ mobile platform earlier this year. It was followed up the Galaxy Z Flip 5G in the second half of the year. Fresh information reveals that the company is now working on a cheaper model called the Galaxy Z Flip Lite.

The news about the existence of the Galaxy Z Fold Lite has come from DSCC display analyst named Ross Young who previously leaked accurate information on Samsung’s foldable phones before their official announcement. He has claimed that he is not hearing any new information about the Galaxy Z Fold Lite, but there will be a cheaper Galaxy Z Flip with UTG.

So, it is not clear whether the Galaxy Z Flip Lite will be equipped with a flagship chipset or it will carry support for 5G connectivity. Previous reports had claimed that the Z Flip Lite will have a plastic protection for the display. However, it is good to know that it will also be equipped with UTG. Hopefully, newer leaks will reveal more details of the Galaxy Z Flip Lite.
