According to a latest report in Korea, Sumsung’s first Tizen-powered smartphone has been performing well in India – and has officially hit the 500,000 mark in the country as well. This figure has also far exceeded the expectations from the Korean manufacturer.
To keep the momentum going, Samsung is also expected to announce its successor dubbed as the Samsung Z2 by the end of this year in various markets including Russia, China, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.
With its rising market share in India, does this means that Tizen will be the Android killer in the near future?
