After days of leaks, Honor has finally confirmed that it will announce that the Honor 90 GT smartphone and the Honor Tablet 9 are set to launch on Dec. 21 in China. While the former is a sub-flagship phone that promises to offer impressive gaming performance at an affordable price, the latter is said to be the company’s next high-end tablet. Here is a look at what to expect from both products.
The official images of the Honor 90 GT show that it has a flat OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution and 3840Hz PWM dimming. With the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip onboard, the device is expected to rival the likes of the Realme GT 2, the Redmi K70, and some upcoming phones, such as the OnePlus Ace 3 and the iQOO Neo 9, in the Chinese market.
The device is expected to arrive in multiple configurations, such as 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage, and 24 GB RAM + 1 TB storage. There is no information about the battery size of the device. However, the device is expected to support 100W charging.
