The official promo released by Huawei only gives a glimpse of the Huawei Mate XTs’ tri-foldable design. According to DCS, the Mate XTs will sport a Z-shaped form factor like the original model. It will come in two shades, namely Crimson Purple and White.

Earlier this year, Huawei unveiled the Pura 80 series equipped with the Kirin 9020 chipset. The same chip is said to power the upcoming Mate XTs. While the original model lacked satellite connectivity support, the successor edition will support it.

The rear camera setup will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera with variable aperture. It will also feature a periscope telephoto camera. The leak also claims that the device will have stylus support. Other details are yet to be revealed.

At present, there is no information available about the Huawei Mate XTs’ global release. Reports have revealed that Huawei is also working on a book-style foldable called the Huawei Mate X7 and the Mate 80 series. Rumours surrounding the Mate 80 lineup suggest that it will support the all-new Kirin 9030 chipset.
