Save the date: Huawei to launch MatePad Pro 11 (2023) on November 28

Huawei has confirmed that it will be holding a launch event at 7 pm (local time) on Nov. 28 in China. The posters shown below show that the company will announce its next car, the Zhijie S7, and the MatePad Pro 11 (2023) tablet. The Zhijie S7 smart car is expected to arrive with a large internal space and run on Harmony OS 4.0. Once fully charged, the car can run for over 800 kilometers. In addition, it will have fast charging technology that will allow users to achieve 200 km+ run by charging it for only five minutes.

The MatePad Pro 11 (2023) is confirmed to come with support for satellite connectivity, which indicates that it could be equipped with the Kirin 9000s that powers the Mate 60 series. It will arrive as a successor to the MatePad Pro 11 (2022), which was announced in July 2022.

According to a Chinese leaker, the Nov. 28 launch event will also see the arrival of other devices, such as the Enjoy 70, the Enjoy Pro, and the MateBook D15 (2023) notebook. The details of these devices are not known yet.

In related news, Huawei is reportedly working on the Nova 12 series of smartphones for the Chinese market. The brand is expected to unveil it in December in China. The lineup is expected to include two smartphones, such as the Nova 12 and the Nova 12 Pro. Both phones are expected to feature the Kirin 830 and Kirin 9000s chipsets, respectively. It is speculated that at least the Nova 12 Pro will offer support for satellite connectivity. Apart from the Nova 12 series, the company is also expected to announce a Pocket-branded flip-style foldable phone through the same December launch event.
