Earlier this week, iQOO confirmed that it will announce the iQOO 11 series at 2:30pm (local time) on Dec. 2 in China. Today, the company revealed that the iQOO Neo 7 SE, a new upper mid-range phone, will also debut along with the iQOO 11 lineup on Dec. 2.
As for its specifications, the iQOO Neo 7 SE has been detailed in web reports. The smartphone is anticipated to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with Full-HD+ quality. It will have a higher touch sampling rate and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
The smartphone will have a triple camera system with a 64MP primary lens and a pair of 2-megapixel sensors for macro and portrait photography. The official teaser confirms that the primary camera of the Neo 7 SE will support Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). It will sport a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
The Neo 7 SE’s chipset will be one of its standout features. It is confirmed to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, which will be unveiled on Dec. 1. The handset will feature LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage onboard. It may contain a large battery; rumours point to a 5,000mAh unit. The smartphone will also support 120W rapid charging For security, it will have an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
In addition to the chipset, it will also boot the most recent software. Pre-installed will be the Android 13-based OriginOS 3 operating system. The smartphone is likely to be available in Galaxy, Black, and Blue hues. It will debut in three variants, such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage.
