Nothing has been teasing a new smartphone for the past few months. The company has been gradually revealing key features of the upcoming Nothing Phone (2), which will be a premium offering. After months of leaks, the brand has finally confirmed that it will announce the Phone (2) will be announced at 4 pm BST time.

With around a month remaining for the Phone (2)’s launch, Nothing is expected to reveal more details about it in the coming days. Shown below is the official teaser of the Phone (2) that reveals what its rear panel will look like. As can be seen, the Phone (2) will also have a Glyph interface like its predecessor. However, the LED layout seems to have undergone some modifications on the Phone (2).

The Nothing Phone (2) will arrive with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. Its leaked renders that surfaced in the previous week revealed that it will feature a corner punch-hole display. It appears that the Phone (2)’s display will support an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

It is officially confirmed that the Phone (2) will feature a 4,700mAh battery and the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The phone will come equipped with an aluminium frame. It will run on the Android 13 OS with Nothing OS 2.0, which will have a minimalist approach and productivity features.

The Nothing Phone (2) will get 3 years of Android updates and 4 years of security patch updates. It is expected to come with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
