In April this year, OPPO unveiled the OPPO F21 Pro and F21 Pro 5G handsets in India. Six months later, the company is now gearing up to launch the ‘S’ editions of both phones. It has been confirmed that the F21s Pro series will be unveiled on Sept. 15 in India.
The lineup will have two models, namely the OPPO F21s Pro 4G and the F21s Pro 5G. The former will be the first phone in its price segment in India to offer a microlens. The said camera will offer 30x magnification while capturing macro shots.
The F21s Pro duo are equipped with a 64-megapixel main camera. It appears that both phones will be available in two colors: Starlight Black and Dawnlight Gold.
Leaks have revealed that the design of the OPPO F21s Pro 5G will be similar to the F21 Pro. It will not have a rectangle-shaped camera module, which will be available on the OPPO F21s Pro 4G. Instead, it will have protruding cameras. OPPO is yet to reveal the key specifications of both smartphones.
Rumors are rife that the OPPO F21s Pro series will arrive with a 6.43-inch FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED display, 33W SuperVOOC charging support, 8 GB of RAM, 5 GB of extended RAM, 128 GB of storage, and ColorOS 12.1 based Android 12 OS. The F21 Pro and F21 Pro 5G were powered by the Snapdragon 680 and 695 chipsets, respectively. There is no word on the chipsets that will drive the F21s Pro duo.
Aside from the OPPO F21s Pro, there are several other phones available, including the Edge 30 Ultra, Fusion, and Neo; Realme GT Neo 3T; Realme C30s; Realme Narzo 50i Prime; and iQOO Z6 Lite 5G.
