Earlier this year, Poco unveiled the Poco M7 5G, and the brand recently started teasing the arrival of a new smartphone in India. Today, the brand officially confirmed that it will unveil the Poco M7 Plus 5G on Aug. 13 in India.
Poco M7 Plus 5G design, battery capabilities confirmed

As can be seen above, the Poco M7 Plus 5G’s landing page, available on the Indian retailer platform Flipkart, has revealed its rear design. A closer look reveals that it has a unique white panel design with grid-like divisions, accented by bold red and blue stripes along the frame. Its large, black rear camera module stands out with a dual-camera setup.
Poco has also confirmed that the Poco M7 Plus will be equipped with a massive 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery. With a huge battery onboard, the M7 Plus will be able to deliver 144 hours of offline music, 27 hours of social media scrolling, 12 hours of navigation, and 24 hours of video streaming.
The M7 Plus will also be equipped with a reverse charging feature, which can be used for charging other phones and IoT devices. Despite packing a huge battery, the device will sport a thin design. The brand also revealed that the M7 Plus will arrive with a sub-Rs 15,000 ($170) price.
There is speculation that the Poco M7 Plus could be based on the Redmi 15 5G. The Redmi phone has a 6.9-inch FHD+ 144Hz LCD screen, a Snapdragon 6s Gen 3, a 7,000mAh battery with 33W rapid charging, a 50-megapixel main camera, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
